Nice.
May I suggest that you put some kind of accentuation or border around the symbols you have over the rotating disc?
They blend in just a bit too much with everything else...

Heh, actually that's what I was going for.  I tried different variations and effects with them, but I didn't like any of the results.  I just decided to go with making the symbols pure white and adding a grey stroke effect to match the spinning disc.

Try a little bevel/emboss on those symbols....just a little.
