Title: FA Combat Clinic
Post by: Anonymous on April 12, 2005, 02:39:47 pm: As you all know we are in a Hostile server, open OvO and it's dangerous out there. Since MxO has a unique interlock system and a variety of strategies and techniques that can be used in PvP, I suggest we start a weekly clinic to teach newer players and practice with new techniques.

Many of us have different skills that we want to master, so I will obviously need some help. Myself, I have gone through the MA tree many a times, and am fairly learned in the Spy tree as well. So if you want to help out and be an instructor, or if you feel you have some knowledge that you would like to pass on to the rest of us, please feel free to sign up. If you want to learn, also feel free to sign up. I haven't worked out a specifc day that this will take place, and of course during storyline events we will have to adjust the schedule accordingly, but for now I think it's best to do it sometime during the weekend.

Again this is simply an idea in the making so far, since we are accepting many new members, some from the beta, some freash off the boat, we will need to show them the ropes. So... let me know whatcha think. Thanks.

hmmm as for the location, I was actually considering holding it in the "Kill Bill" building in Sai Kung.

Still need an instructor or 2 to help out with Virologist and Patcher trees.

Right now I'm thinking Friday or Saturday but I'm not sure what time to choose, feedback would be appreciated. I imagine this will last a while, but then again we may very well need to split up the classes for each tree. (i.e. Friday-MA/Spy. Saturday-Ranged, Sunday-Hacker) or something like that. Anyways, I'm glad so many have taken an intrest so far :)

Post by: Anonymous on April 13, 2005, 08:20:24 am: I'll attend all of them :) even tho I'm an hacker, but, in my opinion, the best way to beat a class, is to know the class from inside out, know their strenghs and weaknesses.
So count me in as a participant.

As for instructor, well, I'm not sure if I dominate the hacker that well in order to give useful advices. I know how to HJ escape from 3 lvl 50 without any problem tho. ahah
