Ok guys theres a couple of things we need to learn from this.
First anything that seems like its a cheap way to play the game or lvl we dont use. peroid. we /ccr it then keep checking up on the status of it. now at the begining many people said that well we need to do it to keep up with the other players. well i dont think we do. and idea is that instead of being known for how many lvl 50's we have or how fast we did it we be known for being the only faction that doest have any lvl 50 and still win against lvl 50. now i know that may seem imposiable at some times but we should come up with stragities for battle. just my $.02.
Also from now on lets look forward this is the best group of guys (and girls) that i've ever known we cant let one little mistake get in our way. but remember this should be our last mistake like this.
OK on a lighter note I just got the MXO guid from prima. It has all of the recipies and all enhanced and armored items that are in game. Im going to try and copy it to .pdf format and put up on our site but until then if you have any question just let me know
-
yah try and get at least the recipes up, hell send it to me and ill just take photos with my digital camera, as for everything else, unfortunately its not been one thing bad happening, it just seems to snowball...but hopefully the devs will get off their asses and do something.

I'll agree with the /ccr thing to a point, but even if they do say a particular tactic is valid...can we believe them? They have changed their minds on numerous issues in the past, why should we think this will change going forward. Unfortunately they need to get their acts together and all their information in line, but who knows when that will be.

/agree
you are 100% right mazda. however i feel that we are being forced to think/play this game as if it was unfinished. having to constantly think "hey, was this intended to function like this?" really starts to take away from the enjoyment of the game. but with mxo in the state that its in, we have no choice. its disappointing that we seem to be the community punching bag due to the devs' game mechanic problems. something like making whoever has control of the shaper pvp enabled would of solved it. its little things like that, that should of been caught. to be a dev, you should have to understand the in's and outs of the game. thats what they are paid to do. i program in a few languages, and one of the most important things a programmer must do is anticipate the unexpected... error checking. you spend as much if not more time learning error checking methods than you do actually learning to code. all that aside. the game hasn't been live long. its good that these issues surface now. the beta players know that this game was rushed. reviews have said that it doesn't seem as polished as other mmos. we are not the only one's that need to learn from this, the dev's have some learning to do as well... i just wish they would step in and admit this rather than letting us take the grunt of the blame.

right lets not relay on the devs to rule stuff out. Since were all mature players here i think we'd be able to figure out if something is a cheap way of doing things say for instance (declining a mission to get it closer to you because your a lazy ass.) lets make our own set of standards if it seems to easy to get info then if probally is and should not be used atleast not by FA
-
im still confused WTF the shapers do!?!?!?
-
true. stuff like that is common sense. and by the interview process each of us had to go through, i think we know that things like that should be questioned as cheap. my whole point was saying that by us using our judgement may help us regain the respect, but who's to say this wont happen to some other faction. without fixing the underlying problems, murphy's law will always crop its head.

The shapers shape things....
-
wow...thanx....i think

Zink, the Shapers were the programs that could finish reconstructing Neo's RSI. Whoever it was told us that no human could ever fully complete his RSI and we needed the Shapers help in order to do it.

umm it was the oracle that said that...
