I looked across it, seems logical... depending on who wrote it, it could be true and the developers do sell these things to gaming sites and magazines.

I believe this is the same thing that likwid or lithium, can't remember which, found before on IGN and we came to the conclusion that it's an outdated guide. Although it does still give you an accurate guide on what each attribute effects in game, just don't count on the combat tactics being part of the buffs when using the points, because I'm almost positive the devs took that out.

Nice, but I don't believe that's accurate. I have my perception at level 25 and it gives me only 3 points to my melee damage, wherass according to that chart I should have five.
