So I'm doin work around my house and this song randomly pops in my head, at 1st its just a beat and I didn't realize what it was, after an hour straight of humming song in my head I remember some of the lyrics and after stumbling to remember them I belt out "THE FURIOUS ANGELS WILL BRING YOU BACK TO ME" and I realize how the hell it got put in my head. Damn you FA and your sexy phone background, get out of my head!

Erathaol and I are currently painting a house. After playing around in that stupid jungle of a yard painting inside would be a welcome treat. Where do you live again?

Was having a conversation with a friend today about his company conducting Myers-Brigg personality test as part of a team building exercise. FA is like any organization, and I thought it would be neat and possibly beneficial if people posted what their personality types were. You can find a plethora of tests online just by typing in Myers-Briggs, I tried a few and they all spit out the same thing for me, so I assume they're all pulling from generally the same set of questions. I have taken these things for work and the like as far back as high school sports teams, so I would say the results are accurate, at least for my personality type.

I am an INTJ

I've taken the test before. I ended up with this result a few different times, and I generally tend to agree with the result.

ENTJ

I think this deserves its own thread. This is definitely something that is interesting to know about everyone.

I agree that this needs its own thread.

I am an ISTP according to the test and I have to say that I agree with it.

Always been given ENTJ as a result.
"ENTJs are among the rarest of types, accounting for about 2–5% of those who are formally tested.[2][3] They tend to be self-driven, motivating, energetic, assertive, confident, and competitive. They generally take a big-picture view and build a long-term strategy. They typically know what they want and may mobilize others to help them attain their goals. ENTJs are often sought out as leaders due to an innate ability to direct groups of people. Unusually influential and organized, they may sometimes judge others by their own tough standards, failing to take personal needs into account"

Fairly accurate.

Also related is Enneagram. Which is also very accurate for me.

sx = sexual variant (assertive, intense), so = social variant (compliant, friendly), sp = self preservation variant (withdrawn, security seeking)

So is it bad that I'm an 8?

Satellite blows to be quite honest. Its not good for gaming imho.  Whats wrong with the internet that is in your building?

Now if its like wireless off of a tower locally, Ive had good results with that type. However if its going up to a satellite, you usually incur really bad lag issues.

That's because the signal has to travel to a geostationary satellite a little more than 22,000 miles above the earth, then back down to the ground station, go through the already usual web of routers, networks, etc. to get to the server, then the information gets to do that trip again back to your computer. 500–700 ms from the user to the ISP, or about 1,000–1,400 ms latency for the total Round Trip Time (RTT) back to the user. Also don't forget the speed of light is slower while traveling through the atmosphere.

I finally was involved with the release of the newest version of our app for the android market today. It's somewhat exciting getting everything ready and hitting the button to release something to over 280,000 people. News also went out today that we're one of google's 150 top andriod developers. Go us.
